At first I used Brand Air for seasonal checks on my 2 units. Then my bottom unit had a motor issue in which Brandon recommended a total replacement because the unit was over 20 years. He explained my options, different brands and costs. He replaced it a few days later. He went above and beyond by replacing the duct cover with new metal and added precautions to help prevent rodents from getting in. Brandon has always been courteous and punctual. Good communication skills.

Third update, used Brandon for a ho e repair this time and as always, Greta service and great price! Update review, once again Brandon was awesome! Second time using Brandair and once again completely satisfied, plan on using them for a mini split install. Own a small salon and the AC went out on a Friday night and Brandon was able to come right out and fix the issue right away. He did an amazing job, was quick and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend !

Brandon was great! He takes care of the problem and then checks in it to be sure everything is working. All my neighbors love He is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Brandon is a great young man, very smart and always does what he says. Very honest, he can always figure out the problem immediately. We have had Brandon install 3 complete new units in our homes and always have been pleased with his expertise and professionalism. Brandon has also completed emergency calls on rental homes and quickly made the repairs as needed in a very economical way. Personally I would never use anyone else. Great company !!!!

My experience with Brandon has been absolutely great customer service. He came highly recommended and showed out. I called him on Monday he came by Tuesday. Sent me videos of everything, explained everything. On Thursday of the same week He and Gavin put a whole new system in and my house and its cooler than it has ever been. They did all that with a beautiful smile. For great customer with a smile and a job well done. No need in calling rest when you can call the BEST, Brandon Air Heating and Cooling LLC.
