Vendors Beware, listen to the reviews. I wish I would have. The project we did with Brandpoint was the worst project I've ever dealt with. We started the project and it was going well because they had a superintended on site to manage everything and get us material, then they left for a few weeks and never saw them again. So I had to beg for material to be delivered for over a month and we still never got what we needed. How are we supposed to complete project milestones without the required materials you said you'd provide. Change orders I'm told were approved never got processed or paid out. The staff at Brandpoint has been very courteous to us and will go above and beyond to help us with any issues and always make sure we get paid on time.
