Brandt Heating, Air Conditioning, and Fireplaces

I had a great experience with Brandt Heating, Air Conditioning, and Fireplaces in Linn. Drew was the technician who helped me, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It made me feel confident about the work being done. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows their job well but also makes sure the customer feels informed throughout the process. A/C was leaking. Called Brandt and I’m glad I did. My calls were promptly answered and addressed Drew was timely, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what he was doing and I was convinced he was being honest. Very reasonable. I really appreciate it when I’m made to feel like like a repair company/person is trustworthy. Thanks Drew.

We have used Brandt Heating and Cooling for a number of years for our residential H/C equipment and service and have found them to be excellent. Our heat pump efficiently cools our home on even the hottest of Missouri days, and keeps us warm in the winter, even with a 100 year old house. The service is 5 star; we know that we can always count on them to meet our needs in a timely fashion. We are so pleased with the equipment and service after the sale that we are going to go to them for a new fireplace insert before this next winter. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the MidMO area for service and sales.
