I had an excellent experience with Brandts Appliance Parts & Services in Vero Beach. I drove all the way from Stuart (about an hour each way) to have my two RIDGID tools repaired — my impact driver and hammer drill. Within just one week, both tools were fixed and working like brand new. From the beginning, Jackie was extremely professional and helpful. When I arrived to pick up the tools she wasn’t there, but the technician who helped me was very pleasant and professional as well. The shop itself was clean and well organized, which says a lot about the way a business is run. The service was absolutely worth the two-hour round trip to drop them off and another two-hour trip to pick them up. I highly recommend them for tool repairs and service. My washer had problems on multiple occasions, and Billy was the repair tech who helped fix it each time. He did an amazing job, was very patient, and took the time to kindly explain how to maintain the washer. He was always on time and made sure to call ahead of the appointment as well. I’m very grateful for his excellent service.

Great experience with Brant’s Appliance Service. Rommel came out to replace a freezer gasket but quickly realized the gasket was actually fine. He explained that the issue was related to the temperature settings and likely an obstruction from the drawer above that had already been cleared, which was letting outside air in and causing extra condensation. He took the time to help me remove the freezer drawers so I could clean and defrost them and also shared helpful tips on other potential issues to watch for that wouldn’t be covered under my warranty. Rommel was friendly, super knowledgeable, and right on time (early, actually!). I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to explain everything. I’ll definitely call Brant’s again if I need appliance service in the future.

Rommel was great! He came with the needed replacement parts for a malfunctioning freezer drawer. He was fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend him and Brandt Appliance Repair.

The service technician Bill ( and his apprentice Corbin) were awesome. They arrived in a very timely manner and Bill knew his stuff. He was friendly and very efficient and fixed the problem . I would rate him 11/10.
