Do not trust a company that shows such blatant disregard for its Denver neighbors! Today a Brennan Ready Mix truck idled for an excessively long period at Deboer Park in the University neighborhood. This is not the first time a commercial vehicle from Brannan has done this. Idling a dump truck violates Denver Municipal Code Sec 4-43 and Colorado Revised Statues 42-14-105. In addition to blatantly disregarding county and state law, Brannan Ready Mix also demonstrated negligence for their impact on the neighborhood community by needlessly spewing emissions as people recreated in the park. Instead of choosing Brannan, find a construction solutions company that respects the law and shows consideration for the neighborhood communities it serves.

As far as I can tell from several jobs completed by my sub contractor a concrete professional. This place is potentially pumping out a poor mix of concrete. The concrete is being installed professionally and within a years it is coming up peeling off at the surface and crumbling. And no salt rock is being applied. Non of my guys are complaining because they are Spanish speaking only and are afraid their complaints will Get them nowhere. The receipt you get for the concrete basically voids the company from any type of warranty once it is poured out. How do you hold anyone accountable for poor concrete mix?
