Brass Hanger Cleaners

I brought a short-sleeved cotton shirt (Orvis) in to be laundered. It was 12-18 months old. I get a call from a woman from the service that does this company's work to tell me the shirt was ruined due to heavy fading. The shirt was sent back to drop-off, pick-up store and I picked it up days later and confirmed it was heavily faded. The woman at the pick-up store asked if I wanted the owners/managers to call me about it and I said yes. That was about two weeks ago. Orvis makes good stuff and I really liked that $89.00 shirt; got compliments on it. The only reason I don't give one-star is that a bit of business I've had with them in the past was good.

We use the home pickup option with Brass Hanger. They come on Tuesdays and pickup our clothes that need to be dry cleaned right from our front porch and they drop off from the week before. Unbelievably easy and makes our life less stressful. Would recommend highly!

I just recently took my husband’s tux to be cleaned for a Mardi Gras ball they cleaned and pressed the 6 pieces. Their service was fast and they did a fantastic job! The staff was so nice and I will be sure to use them again! Great service and great quality is what it is all about! Oh and great price for a 6 piece clean !

If you're military, DO NOT take your uniform here. My dress whites have pink spots, and the creases are inverted. Now I need to scramble to get them fixed.

Customer service is awesome the people are very friendly there. They get your stuff back very quickly and it is nice and inexpensive. I highly recommend going here.
