Everyone here is great to work with. The crew was polite, professional, did great work and cleaned up nicely. Due to many construction projects at our house, they were able to break our metal roof project into two parts, so that they could fix the leaky part now, and come back for the rest later. I am very impressed with the process and the high-quality work.

On the bright side, they came out same day for emergency repairs. On the downside: (1) They charge roughly $150/hr per person, including loading and drive time (which they probably charge everyone), and for much of the time one or more of the people were just standing around (they sent 3 people out). (2) Poor communication. After the emergency repairs, they told us they would come back to inspect and measure so they could write a proposal for more permanent repairs. They came back and, in addition to inspecting and measuring, did $1200 worth of work (well, probably not worth that much, but that's what they charged us). Since we're planning on getting the permanent repairs done, it seems silly to us to spend $1200 for a temporary fix, but they didn't ask us, they just did it. Afterward

Very good work but insane labor rate of over $130/hour. Will not use again for that reason if we can help it. Average roofer rate is much lower and a handy person could have done this job.

My roof was replaced in 2021 and continued to leak until I hired another contractor to fix it. They didn’t replace the sidewall flashing, which was in the contract. The office manager was very rude to me when I called and they refuse to take responsibility.

Make sure you do everything in writing. I just got an invoice for work that I did not approve.
