Overall, our experience with Bravo was good. As far as the work goes, Jose did an amazing job at staining our fence. It came out exactly as we imagined, the stain was applied evenly, and there was no overspray anywhere on the house. We went with SW Spice Chest for reference. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because of an incident the day of staining. I spoke with our project manager over the phone and over email when planning for the job and I mentioned multiple times that I wanted an oil-based stain (and paid extra for it). When Jose arrived, he was not notified of this and that resulted in him having the wrong type. Mistakes happen, however we both tried to contact my project manager and we were met with no reply. We had a leak from the attic A/C unit stain our kitchen ceiling. I called to get quotes from several painters and the people I talked to and dealt with from beginning to end have made Bravo the clear choice for any project. The quote was reasonable and complete, the scheduling was easy, the work was done fast, and the results were amazing. The crew arrived on time, was professional and courteous, very detailed and finished in one day. We have found our go-to painters for any future projects.

Communication throughout the process was smooth and timely. They provided all the necessary information in advance, so I knew exactly what to expect. Follow-up was also well-handled. Amazing work from start to finish. They went above and beyond what was expected. Extremely professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They stained, replaced, and pressure washed the pickets on my pergola, including the gates and shed, and the results were outstanding. Everything looks brand new, and my entire backyard was completely transformed. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend.
