Brazawood

Ok good humans, I’m a design consultant. I interviewed 3 waterproofing contractors. All of which told me the same thing structurally and none of which could give me what I wanted aesthetically. I needed someone who could think outside the box and that is where Matt and Team Brazawood came in. I didn’t want to loose height and I wanted my space to transition seamlessly from the existing build which is 8 years older. Brazawood gave me exactly what I wanted without compromising a thing. After a huge rainy week I noticed a small area leaking and without question Brazawood came back out and remedied the problem in a timely manner.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Brazawood truly deserves one. Matt and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with, showing professionalism and care in every step. They put in an incredible effort to bring my vision to life, incorporating our personality into the project, and taking care of the "normal, everyday construction issues" with ease. Now, thanks to Matt, Michelle, and the entire Brazawood crew, our family is spending more time together than ever before, enjoying our backyard like we never have. Brazawood does incredible work! I am another outdoor product vendor that coordinates projects along with a deck being built by Brazawood. I looked in great detail on a recent job, and I have not seen a deck as well built. Every line and measurement and gap was perfect. From Matt in operations to Michelle in the office, you will be pleased with the process and the result. Brazawood made short work of demolishing our old, rotting wooden deck and went to work on the foundations for our new, composite one. We now have a beautiful, more convenient deck space with less stairs and more room for guests that will last us for years to come!

Ramps and porch came out very nice! Contractor was very easy to work with and completed the job on time. They are one of the few companies in Charlotte that had extensive knowledge of building handicap ramps for wheelchair users. Highly recommend using them for any project.
