Jayden took a lot of time with me explaining some of the questions that I had on the process and was always prompt on returning my calls and/or texts. Jayden made my experience flawless. The quality control manager, Jake, oversaw the project during my roof replacement and made sure two of my valleys that had water drainage issue was properly done. Jake was also very wonderful to work with during the replacement process The roofing crew did a wonderful job on my roof and their cleanup of the debris was top-notch! It was such a pleasant experience dealing with Brazen Roofing and Gutters. I over research before large purchases, Mark Rissler had all the right answers and was a joy to deal with. I was not a fan of the companies that tried to pressure me into a decision, Mark simple gave me a very nice price on a better quality shingle. Preston Baker oversaw the project and was also very nice to work with, he pays attention to details, making sure the job is done right. Let's not forget the Crew, they will impress you from start to finish. Watching them insures confidence that the job is being done correctly and clean up is very thoroughly done. Michael Suhay and team were amazing from the start of the project through completion of my standing seam metal roof installation. We had a new roof installed with BRAZEN with Gerald Gambrell as the project manager they where extremely fast and friendly, very reliable good communication throughout the whole process From beginning to end, the cleanup was amazing. They took very good care of a brand new AC unit. I was very concerned with they made sure I was at ease and made sure all nails were cleaned up and properly stored the removal. Everything was just wonderful great attitude toward work. I would definitely recommend using them and we will use them again in the future.
