Brazos Garage

The 3 times I've had the misfortune of using this parking garage, it has taken me more time to get in and get out than it has to even go to where I need to be. At one point I was literally stuck on the last floor for 2 hours, I'm not even kidding about the time, and at the very least the parking was free that time. All I wanted to do was park and go to the Blanton museum, and I am writing this review while I am still waiting to be even able to find a parking spot. I entered at exactly 3:40 p.m., right now it is 4:10 p.m. This is just ridiculous and outrageous.

Brazos Garage is easy to navigate, it's clean & well-kept, and it's simple to pay for parking within the garage! This garage is centrally located near the Blanton Museum of Art, and Jester + San Jacinto's dormitories on The University of Texas at Austin's campus. If you're looking for parking on UT Austin's campus, this is a great choice!

I'd give it 5 stars if I drove a tiny baby car, but I don't. I got there early enough not to be made to squeeze my truck in a spot.

Why is the garage even on a Google maps to be rated? It’s a garage. It’s overpriced. The spaces are too small. It’s Texas. Let’s scratch each other’s doors pretending their backs only they’re not and they cost you $500 to fix.

The legendary Brazos Garage. You love, you hate it. You love to hate it. If you live in JestWest just be there or miss out.
