I signed up originally because we were having wasp, ant, mosquito, spiders, and snakes to name a few. I live out in the country so it’s to be expected. The salesman was very polite told me to give it a couple months and if it wasn’t working to simply call and cancel. Well here i am months in and still having issues with all of the above. They were here to service this morning and didn’t even service one of the mosquito traps that i pay an extra 40$ and sometimes $80 a month for. Which is crazy that it varies month to month. The pictures attached are from after the service. One of which i knocked the mud dobber nest off my self. When i called to cancel they said i had to pay 80% of the remaining contract price. Tomas from BRD came over to our house out in the country and helped so much! He stayed a little longer than he should've to make sure the property was very well taken care off. He and I found a HUGE ant pile underneath some stairs next to our house! I am so glad he was the one that came over to the property, if your able to, try to get Tomas to be your Pest Solutions tech!

He was the best technician I’ve had thus far. He took his time and went over everything he has done at the end of the service. I told him that I would like to request that get him to come faithfully every time my service is due. He’s the best!

I can not wait til my contract is up in march. My daughter is highly allergic to ants and I explained that to them when I signed up. O we will get rid of them. I promise u! I have more ants then ever before. My child is on the spectrum and she will literally run into ant piles. They make it so hard to cancel them so be warned.

THIS IS NOT a Pest Control company. This is a scam that profits off of cancellation fees! Think about it, they make the same amount whether they service your house or not. So what is the point in doing a good job?? There is no incentive for good service! The only "good part" of this nightmare was the salesman — he was friendly and convincing. But of course, he left out one MAJOR detail: the 80% cancellation fee 🤯 That’s right. It’s upwards of $400 just to cancel. If he had told me that upfront, I would have run the other way immediately. What GOOD, reputable company needs to trap customers with a cancellation policy like that? (I’ll wait.) Answer: ❌ only scammy ones.
