I had issues with my a/c and furnace on a Saturday and, with a cold spell coming, thought I would have to wait until Monday for service. Thomas came out on Sunday morning and within an hour had everything up and running. On top of that he did a little preventive maintenance to help ensure that my furnace was ready for the winter. It was my first time using his service and he will be my first call if any issues arise.
Very professional, and detail oriented. Family friendly, and will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done properly. I highly recommend Thomas, and his work.
