A few years ago I paid them to come out and diagnose my A/C. They got mad because I bought my own part, I would have gladly paid to have them put it in but because they couldn’t upsale me on the part they refused to come put it in. Lady who answers the phone got incredibly rude, gave me the run around for 2 weeks giving excuse after excuse why they couldn’t come out that day. Then finally just told me to kick rocks. She refused to let me speak to Doug, she said “ he told me to tell you we will not be doing any further work”. If that’s how they want to do business I’ll gladly never have them back at my house! Techs themselves seemed good (they even mentioned how rude phone the lady is) but management themselves are clowns.

Doug Minix has done a great job for us. He came by, looked at our old furnace and.gave us a lot Of info suggestions and His recommendations for our needs and cost effoenvy. When we' we're ready we called him he ordered the unit and installed it two weeks later he saved us a bundle on the unit and installed it on about 5 hrs and left the site clean. Doug is a great guy and they do s great job . Electric bill savings average $300. A month with the new efficient unit.

Called to schedule to have my furnace worked and because I had not used them before and they could not schedule me until after the first of the year they told me to call someone else. Lololl...what kind of business sends customers away...they did not even ask if it was an emergency. So I will do just that, find someone else.

Called at least 3 different times for an estimate on replacing our heating/cooling unit. Left my name and number each time. No return calls. Must not need my business.

I only called to see if they could come fix our heating and air unit and the lady that answered the phone was very rude so I will not be using them
