I just recently used Breeding and Day for the first time and I had a wonderful experience! I had a pipe burst in my basement. Breeding and day was very professional and responded to my emergency very quickly. I had them out within an hour! The technician went over the cost before he performed the work. He was knowledgeable and curious. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

We hired Breeding & Day to relocate a 7 year old 1.5 ton air handler about 20ft to accomodate our plans for a finished basement. The original installation was a DIY job we inherited with the house and had poor placement and sketchy unsealed duct work. When Dave came out for a quote we could tell that he was very knowledgeable and really cared about the work he did. He was very detail oriented and after assessing our existing ductwork, recommended that we have all of it removed and replaced as it was not sized properly for the flow. We decided to have it done right and went with Breeding and Day even though they were more expensive than competing bids for the scope of relocating our existing equipment. Extremely slow service, probably cause they charge by the hour at $130/hr. And then for overtime, they charge you time for the service tech to come from where ever he is at at double that, comes to $260/hr. They love the elderly, saw a bill where they changed almost $500 to replace a toilet, and the person bought her own toilet. So if you can afford it??

we had you all out several years ago , and i should've complained then. i didn't as i thought i could live with the way it was done, the installation that is . but , i've aged a bit , and my frustration just boiled over today , with bloody hands and a mangled filter. the unit (AC Gas heater , and heat pump ) are great - they do they job , are properly sized , and the addition of return air vents in the upstairs bedrooms was a great idea and works fine. BUT : * the way the filter access was made , w/ sheet metal, leaves my hands bloody , the filters torn apart to get them out , and very difficult to put in : the access cut into the return duct for the filter requires me to : bend the filter , to get past some large PVC piping , , push the piping out of the way, and then down into th
