Awesome! We called when our heat went out the 1st real cold day last week on our 3 year old furnace and had Ray come out.. He was so good, thorough and polite even my dogs loved him. We had to have the ac done this week, also 3 yrs old (not enough time last week) and had Ray come back out. Very professional and does his job very well! Price is goid too. We have our heat/AC guy from now on. Just wish they installed our new furnace and AC 3 years ago instead of who did. Very bad! Thanks Ray.
