Breezin HVAC - Best HVAC Contractor in New York

I tried calling several air conditioning companies to hear from the majority of them they don’t do commercial and the few that do it are super expensive and have to wait a while before getting a technician to look at your problem. There is a local one in my city Perth Amboy NJ that I worked with before but this year they are moving too slow in helping me. Don’t call me back for many days to give me a day and time when they are available to come and their prices went up. I called Breezing HVAC and was super impressed by their fast service and reasonable prices. Will call them again in the future. Shawn is honest, kind and a professional. He knows his stuff..

This company has changed to the worst. 10 years ago they did new install on my friends house on a new construction, everything was done neatly and works like a clock! Last year they did an install on my new construction and I've had nothing but issues with the unit. After the last visit (8th or so), as you can tell from the picture, the drain pipe was cut and not fixed (which resulted in a puddle of condensation water build up on the floor which later leaked). In addition, whats not clear from the picture is that the unit was put together very sloppy with air gashing out from all sides and openings. I called and left a message 3 days ago and no one called me back. I thought I would have nothing to worry about but so far I was forced to take off many times from work so that they can do

Our HVAC stopped working on Saturday, July 13th in the midst of 2024's worst, most brutal heat wave (mid to high 90°s). I called Breezin' Monday morning, July 15th to request a service ASAP. Theresa, the dispatcher said they would send some guys over the next day. They came Tuesday and fixed the problem. Awesome service. Breezin' goes above and beyond. Our air handler and condenser are very difficult to access yet Sean O'Conner and his partner identified the issue, went to an electric supply shop, replaced the part and our HVAC has been working better than ever. We have struggled with our HVAC for more than a decade and have had various HVAC repair companies who were never able to clearly identify our HVAC problems. Breezin HVAC are the best! They came to our home and did a complete assessment of our space and built a system that perfectly cools. Shawn and his team worked well together. Breezing HVAC was absolutely amazing to work with. My neighbor crashed her car into my patio which houses my A/C condenser. In less than 24 hours, I got a new condenser and all the tubing/wiring was repaired. The entire team, from Teresa to Todd and the guys who came to install my condenser - made this part of a stressful situation truly easy and efficient.
