As first-time homeowners for our new construction, my wife & I truly enjoyed working with Kenny! He was great in terms of answering all of our questions during our meetings and responsive to any thoughts that we may have had afterwards. In our opinion, the best quality of Kenny & his team is that they provide their customers with all the information and facts then allow them to make the final choices without being too overbearing (something that other companies will do just to finalize a sale)

Worst experience with this company ever! I contacted them over a month ago for a project before putting our house on the market. After many calls, Andy came by two weeks ago to measure and promised to get back to me with a quote and to schedule an appointment. I had to call back multiple times again and could not get any answers until today when he told me "no, can't do!" Now I only have 2 business days left and I can't find anyone else to do the job at the last minute so I'm stuck! This is very unprofessional because you don't string along a customer if you can't provide the service and only tell the customer at the last minute that you can't do it. Unprofessional and unethical! Don't ever use this company!

Brehms-Tarlowe offers great standard and upgrade selections. The owner, Kenny, is an absolute best. Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive, he’s been very patient with us helping us select hardwood floors for our new home.

Not reliable. I have called for the last year to get carpet re-stretched . Every week. Not 1 installer they have employed could call me and schedule to to fit it.! The carpet was not installed properly and within 1 year began to buckle. I can not recommend this company to anyone.
