Brelbay Roofing

I recently had my roof replaced by Brelbay Roofing. There were a lot of parties involved, which made the process very time consuming. But once all approvals were received, a firm date was agreed upon, and everything was good to go, everything moved very quickly. The whole roof replacement was done in a day. The crew (which consisted of several men) and supplies arrived according to schedule. The weather was questionable at first but quickly cleared up, and everyone got to work immediately upon arrival. The county arrived for an inspection, and Carlos came by as well for a final inspection when the job was complete. The day ended with a tremendous burden lifted off my mind and a job well done.

This past year some of the screws in our metal roof on our home started to leak . We did a Google search and found Brelbay roofing and because of their great reviews we called them. First of all, we were very pleased on how quickly they came out to our home, assessed our problem, and gave us an estimate. They seemed concerned about our leaks and due to the amount of weathering recommended to replace all of our screws. Once we agreed to the work, they quickly ordered the supplies needed and started the job within days of us signing the contract. Carlos made sure the work was done well and even noticed and repaired an error made by a previous roofing company. . We were very pleased with the work done and would definitely recommend Brelbay roofing to others!

So I am a manager at a local pest control company here in Jax. one of my techs hit a soffit under the eaves of a home while sweeping for spiders and wasps nests. The soffit came loose and feel out. I called a couple companies after 6pm on a Thursday. Mr. Carlos was the only one to answer. I explained what happened. Texted a picture to him. He took my info. I told him I would call back on Friday. I called Friday morning at 9am. He gave me an estimate. Was real nice. Had a tech out on that same Friday. Fixed the soffit by 3:30pm that Friday. Sent me pictures of the finished work. Easy process. Fair Price. Definitely 5 stars from start to finish.
