Bremtown Cabinetry

We renovated our kitchen over 2 years ago. From the very beginning we noted peeling and bubbling on the white finish. We spent a lot of time planning and researching. Bremtown was presented as highest quality. The bubbling was first noted on a couple of the drawers. We had a representative for Bremtown come out to inspect the problem. She seemed responsive and caring at first. However, I have followed her lead for over a year now and she has not followed through with anything she has promised. I have been told that paint was ordered and would be dropped off at my house. A year later, I have no paint. I was put in touch with someone who would refinish the cabinets that were bubbling. UPDATE: 5 Stars. Since my original review, the person in charge of invoicing has "retired" and has been replaced by a much friendlier and more competent individual. Things seem to be moving in the right direction now with invoicing and advanced notice on shipping over the past month or so. Thank you Bremtown! END UPDATE ORIGINAL REVIEW: 3 Stars. Nothing but poor experiences with the billing department. They do not send out invoices in a timely manner in order for COD to be paid. I was very polite and professional in my emails with their billing rep, but all I received in reply were one or two sentence responses that did not address the issues presented in my original emails. So far I am not impressed at all. First we spend $25,000 on cabinets and right off the bat they come back with a 3 week delay. Our cabinet company we ordered from was able to get them to move it up a few days earlier...then they get here and ofcourse they send the corner wall cabinet built to 48" tall to go with all my 42". Now its 3 weeks before they can fix their mistake. So we now have to cancel back splash for 3 more weeks, change electrical for 3 more weeks. No offer to make it right or offset my added expenses. I will not be recommending them.

Nice showroom. Very well made beautiful cabinets, just didn't have hardware to fix my drawer
