Both my air units were shutting off so I Called Brents and Sons and a guy came out, rude, very poor appearance and bad attitude from the start. Then did everything but fix the problem and charged me over $300! They sent the same guy out TWICE and still didn't fix the problem and the third time a different guy tried to sell me a new drain pipe when all I had to do was run some drano in it..so I ended up fixing the problem myself! I called to complain about getting charged so much for fixing it myself and the owner called me back being rude as hell! Never in my life have I had such a problem with a service company. These guys are amazing. Our A/C unit quit blowing cold and we called. A technician was at our house (I believe his name was Kevin?) in less than an hour and he was very friendly and professional. I honestly expected it to take a day or two at least but these guys exceeded my expectations. He did a full service on our unit and replaced a capacitor and now our house is much cooler. My parents and now my wife and I only call Brent and Sons when we need service. The cost was also very reasonable. If you're on the fence and unsure who to call if you need service, I highly recommend these guys. I appreciate them so much.

They were able to come out the same day about two hours from my call to service my AC and do a cleaning. Considering it is summertime the busiest time of the year I was extremely appreciative. The first tech came out and my system was too iced up to diagnose. They came out a SECOND time in the same day to service the AC. I was only charged one service call and Kyle the technician determined that the system did not need a cleaning and saved me money by only charging what I needed. Thank you so much. I think their prices are reasonable when they could easily charge more when someone is desperate. When my AC finally does need to be replaced you will be the company I call. Thanks again to Caleb and Kyle. They were extremely professional, honest and answer all of my questions.

Very fast to respond and the customer service is awesome. They came out sooner than they expected they would and got it done. The guys that came to do the work were fast and accurate. They got my air up and running, thank you Brent and Sons for having such good service men and women that know exactly what the are doing.
