Just watched a technician (turned out to be the owner) smash my son’s basketball hoop stopped…. You think he came over to report it ? Nope kept going to his job (next door) just saw him pulling away on his phone texting!!! Happy Holidays I guess !👍🏽 Edit: After calling the office to address the issue the owner didn’t return my call instead drove over to my house and start arguing with my girlfriend saying he never hit it. She informed him that he was on video and he then said he would have his guys take it to the shop and fix it or replace it! Second update the damaged hoop is still sitting in my yard for over a year and Brian never made a single attempt to make it right to my 11 year old son. The guy is a chump and he may end up getting the hoop in his parking lot! Wouldn’t recommend l

Good job. Found them to be professional, knowledgeable and clean both in appearance and with work. Recommended by my contractor. Brian quoted the work in the fall. Now that it's spring, I’m back to doing home projects and called their office yesterday. Got a return call late in the afternoon and was told they could do the work today (early morning). Tim and Steve arrived at 7:30 a.m. on the dot as agreed. They were focused on the tasks, not a lot of chatting though they were pleasant and polite. No constant phone calls and interruptions (which I’ve experienced with other contractors). They moved quickly from project to project - all done satisfactorily (changed ceiling light, fixed broken outlet box, installed a closet light/switch, replaced a closet light, diagnosed a malfunction

I have called this company on numerous occasions in the past year and I get a answer that Brian is booked out 6 weeks so let me make a appointment the retort no we are booked 6 weeks out
