After calling several companies to remedy a specific issue on my 5 year old house, Brian took the time on the phone and in person estimate to fully explain what I was seeing on my house. On my aluminum fascia boards, there was a combination of organic material and roof shingle erosion that stained and oxidized - leaving black staining. I hired Brian’s team to complete a roof cleaning and oxidation treatment due to Brian’s certification with RCIA, and ability to communicate what I was experiencing.
