I was referred to Brian Capone Land Services LLC by Astacio for excavation work related to installing a new main drain line between the house and city sewer - something I hoped I would never need to do. The project had to take place in the middle of February, with freezing temperatures and snow on the ground—not exactly ideal conditions! Despite the weather and ground challenges, the team did an outstanding job. They kept everything neat and tidy, coordinated seamlessly with the plumbers from Astacio to install the through-foundation fittings, and compacted the ground so well that you can barely tell a trench was ever dug.
