Horrible customer service. The office gives you the run around and they can't deliver inspection reports in a timely manner. The 2 women that work in the office are rude and very unprofessional. They lied to me repeatedly about sending me the reports I paid for and when I would catch them in a lie they would just make up more lies. I had to file a complaint with the BBB before they actually sent my reports.

This company customer service terrible. They’re rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately their the one who put this septic tank in my home is the only reasonI called. I don’t understand how they’re still in business! I found a company who can service my tank!

Awful customer service. Been with them for 2 years. I called to ask about their service contract. The lady that answered the phone at the Fellsmere location was very rude and short with me. Couldn't even find me in their system.

Extremely disappointed with the service from Brian Davis Septic. Before their initial check-up, everything was working fine with my septic system. After their visit, I now have a large area of carpet near my bathroom completely saturated, likely from a septic issue. To make matters worse, I had a follow-up appointment scheduled, stayed home all day waiting, and no one showed up or even bothered to call. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s causing damage to my home. Reliable communication and accountability are essential in situations like this, and Brian Davis Septic failed on both fronts. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for professional or dependable service.

We had an issue with our septic leaking and they sent out a tech quickly next day (Monday) in the early morning. Thomas quickly found the problem and fixed it, but also took the time to explain the system to us since it is our first time on septic. We were hesitant because of previous reviews but that was not our experience thus far. Thank you Thomas!
