We had Brian install our last roof and knew then when we needed another we would call Brian!! We did need a new one and thank god Brian still had his business!! I would Highly recommend him for anyone needing a new roof!! His company and employees are honest, friendly and hard working and do the job right the first time!! I noticed I had shingles missing after a hurricane and called Brian Sikes Roofing. I knew that they would be super busy as it seemed everyone in Central Florida needed new roofs, but when I called I was met with professionalism explaining their current wait for a new roof. After understanding the time it would take (about 3 months, which seemed the normal wait at the time), I had someone out to my house within a few days to check and be sure there wasn’t any major or water damage. Brian and team are incredible! We have a very complicated flat roof and Brian not only had the best price, but I can't imagine we could have gotten a better job done. Tony the foreman was constantly communicating with me keeping me updated and was always willing to step aside and answer any questions I had. We had a leak in our home so I reached out to my FB group at church and got two referrals. The 1st one was able to come out right away and check out the roof. He looked at the roof and told us to submit an insurance claim. He said he could be there when the inspector came to show him what was wrong so we could possibly get a new roof. We did not get an estimate to repair the roof or the replace the roof. I did some Google searches and found that the company had a couple complaints. The 2nd referral was Brian Sikes Roofing.
