If I could give this company zero stars i would!! I have never had a harder time dealing with people in my life. Ive rented a home they manage for two years & i advised them 6 months prior to me moving out that i would be moving out due to personal issues with my family being threatened and at risk. At the move out i spoke to JAMIE RUIZ from the property management company who is VERY nasty, may i add. I explained to her that I would clean up, patch up, and repaint the apt before my departure which i DID. I then sent photos showing that i did. She inspected the apt with me there and said it looked great & is now charging me $600 to paint only TWO rooms. When I questioned her about landlords having to repaint when tenants move after two years of living there, she insisted that i had to cove
