Brick by Brick inspections

As a Realtor, we had a great experience with Dameon. He was very accommodating when we needed a spontaneous reschedule. This is the first home inspection I ever had and working with Dameon Lloyd was a wonderful experience. I reached out to Brick by Brick inspections to conduct an inspection on my home 2 days before Christmas. The inspector was kind enough to make himself available to me immediately the next morning, and submitted The report to me within hours of completion. I had a very strict timeline and he was able to accommodate. I had previously utilize the services of the top rated inspection service company in the DMV(Of which I will not name)That particular company was unavailable but that worked in my favor. My inspector from brick by brick was extremely thorough and detailed. He spent the entire day at the house and was meticulous about any and everything that could be seen inside and out. He went into detail more so than the other company that I have used in the past which was extremely appreciate

Dameon was very thorough with his inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable, and not only answered all of our questions to satisfaction, but pointed out tons of useful and important tidbits about the house we should know as its new homeowners. We would definitely recommend his expertise to anyone needing a home inspection.

He did an excellent job. Took the time to point out a couple things but also explained why he was pointing them out. The responsiveness and ease of scheduling was refreshing. The report is really easy to work with which is important when negotiating the repairs between agents on each side. Photos to go with the descriptions, even short videos!
