Had some cracked and separated bricks. Scott filled in everything and added color to match. One area high above porch required the most attention as mortar chunks had begun to fall. Looks great now. Scott arrived when he said he would and got right to work. Scott is personable and happy to answer questions. I will call Scott again when brick repair is needed.

I called Scott at Brick By Brick on short notice for some 25 feet long vertical cracks on my home. He responded quickly and was able to make arrangements on the fly to get me squared away. We had a number of holes in our masonry from where a previous owner had pulled off items that had been mounted into the brick. We anticipated a costly repair and had procrastinated on fixing it. I wish we had done this sooner. Our experience with Scott was terrific. We easily set up our repair over text with a few photos. The repair work exceeded our expectations in terms of look, time efficiency and affordability.

I used the website contact form but I recommend calling or texting as that is Scott’s preferred way to communicate. Scott is an excellent communicator. I had some cracks in mortar and loose bricks on window sills due to foundation shifting on a recent existing home purchase. I am a plumber and I called Scott after I broke a brick trying to repair a hose bib for a customer of mine. Scott was really great to work with and I really can’t recommend him enough.
