I have lived at Brickstone for about 5 months now and I LOVE this apartment. The layout makes the unit feel larger than it is and the laundry room/pantry is amazing. Plenty of storage in the unit and adding a garage was only $100 a month more. The complex is very quiet and clean, maintenance is very quick to resolve issues, and there are so many restaurants within walking distance. Floors are squeaky in some places, so I am glad I live on the top floor. The internet could be a little faster, but even with those minor issues, I have no plans on moving any time soon.
The way this complex has handled the asphalt repairs is disgusting. It shows an absolute disrespect for all the residents. The level of disrespect shown is hard to overlook. You can't even trust what they have said in writing anymore.
