Was put off by other reviews by actually an excellent experience. Paid in advance online - cheaper than all other options I found. No issues despite being international unlike what other reviews say. Automatic lifting of the barrier on entry and exit. No faffing. Tight manoeuvring around in there so avoid if you’ve got a whopper car and lift takes forever, but otherwise recommend.

most stupid parking in the world. pretends to be “ticketless”/modern but you need to go to a machine and enter your plate number before exiting. theres traffic at the exit because its too tight for cars going in and out at the same time + not clear at all you need to pay at the machine.

The license plate scanner doesn’t work well which causes a huge problem when leaving. I was there for work and they were unable to find my plate to validate in the office, so they handed me a piece of paper to scan instead. I get to the gate and it doesn’t work either and doesn’t give me the option to even pay. I click the call the assistant button and she also can’t find my license plate. A long line (with people honking at me) and 3 more phone calls she had to make to her supervisor who wasn’t there after 5pm later, I finally just get her to send the $20 flat rate to the machine and pay it so I can finally leave. A bit of a hassle for me and everyone behind me. Hopefully they refund me. But they really need a better camera system

Do not park here. Too much meta data required to park and pay. License plate number, email, phone, of course credit card#. Doesnt work if you are international.

Major process issue, many people facing barrier paying at the gate. Causes a long line getting out. Not sure the issue tho, the gate opened quickly for me.
