Brickworks Supply Center

This is the worst Brickworks location I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible — staff don’t seem to care if you’re there. When you ask for help, you don’t get a polite response; instead, they ignore you and just keep chatting among themselves (often in another language). The first thing I noticed when I walked into the office was the unwelcoming attitude — as if they were bothered that I even came in. The owner should really take this seriously, because from what I’ve seen, this isn’t just my experience. The reviews show that this location consistently has the lowest ratings compared to others.

Reviews are true. Bad location, terrible customer service. If you’re the owner of this establishment I would recommend keeping your employees in check. This is not the way to run a business.
