They have a very intelligent staff of people to help with brick selections of all types

Stopped into Brick works to pick up an order of thin bricks and purchase some white sand and mortar which is actually hard to find. I spoke with the guys behind the counter and they were kind enough to answer a ton of my questions. The guys loading my order were super nice and very helpful. Thanks guys!

Brickworks provided the brick for the house that I bought the brick started chipping away and was showing the normal red color through what was supposed to be black. I tried to resolve this problem with Jay, who is supposedly their sales manager, and he informed me that brickworks is in no way shape or form responsible for the brick, even though they made a profit by selling it Jay was very disrespectful

We had a great experience with our used brick purchase from Indiana Brick Company. They were able to match the color of our chimney's existing brick so that there is a near seamless transition between the old and "new" bricks. Our salesperson, Matt, was also extremely knowledgeable, personal and helpful.
