Since the middle of last summer, on six different occasions, I called and asked to be scheduled for someone to look at several different items that needed to be attended to. Each time I was told that I would receive a return call. I live 10 minutes away from the business. Not once has one telephone call been returned. I have absolutely nothing against these people. In fact I love to support my local businesses and they have a good reputation. But Bridgeport plumbing has absolutely no explanation for not responding to six different attempts to arrange service over a year's time.

Great experience, start to finish. They were referred to us by my father-in-law (who is particularly hard to impress). We knew we would need to replace our heat pump/ac sometime “soon.” It was 20+ years old and working intermittently. Bridgeport was the third company we called to try and fix the issue. Of course, it always worked fine whenever someone came to look; “could not reproduce the issue.” However, the guys at Bridgeport kept checking in every few days whenever they were close-by (we live in nowhere-land) to try and catch the problem. After a few weeks of not getting anywhere, my wife and I decided to bite the bullet and just replace it. I’m glad we did. Rarely have we had the response and customer service that we experienced with Bridgeport Plumbing. We had a pipe burst very early on a Saturday morning. I called Bridgeport around 7:00am and left a voice message. Within 15 minutes Mike called back. Our problem was repaired by 9:00am and our weekend at the lake was salvaged. Wow! From now on we will use Bridgeport Plumbing. Thank you Mike!

This company is so poor. They did not hook up the water softener after moving it. It cycled out onto the floor causing mold. The shower, the flooring,the dryeall all needed to be replaced after mold clean up was called. Did not hook up drains. Ty his company costed us thousands of dollers because of poor workmanship. Very, Very poor wuality.
