Bridgetown Heating & Cooling

I had a very negative experience with Bridgetown this past weekend. I am not one to write negative reviews, but I would hate to see others be taken advantage of like the technician from this company attempted to do to me. My AC wasn’t working, so I gave them a call. They sent someone out the same day (saturday) which was great. The technician diagnosed the problem and laid out options for how it could be resolved. They ranged from approximately $300 on the low end, up to about $1400 to repair my existing unit. However he made it clear that a brand new unit for over $5000 would be the ideal scenario and we felt pressured to schedule a new system install right then and there. Great company, they are owned by 5 star HVAC now but great overall experience. Showed up on time, spent significant time down tracking issue with circuit board and making repair. Only charged 49.99 trip/diagnostic fee which I feel is very reasonable.

They are fantastic and was so terrific to me. Explained everything and was very honest with me. I would recommend them to everyone, the price was awesome. Great people.
