James was an incredible inspector. He brought just the right amount of humor to keep the process comfortable, while staying serious and focused when it mattered. He was efficient, confident in his work, and clearly extremely knowledgeable about homes, construction, and the history behind what he was inspecting. You can feel the benefit of his many years of experience in every explanation he gives. I was especially grateful that he was the one crawling through the crawl space and attic instead of me — he handled it with total ease and expertise. I really appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I have had 3 different property inspections done by three different companies and Bridgetown Inspections was by far the best and most thorough. What I most appreciated was that James met with us afterwards to walk through the report and answer our questions. He did not rush us and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the situation and solutions.
