Highly recommended. great customer service and great price. the technicians came over, explained the process very clear and got the job done. they picked up my rugs and few days later, brought the rugs back, looking like new. we were amazed. will always use this company. Thank you guys, really appreciate a great and caring job that was done right.
They returned my rug with stains. They charged my CC before I got to see results. Nick who delivered my rug was rude and unprofessional. I spoke with owner. He refuses to refund any part ofmy money. I’ve contacted a lawyer. Do not use this company
