Briercroft Fire & Water Restoration

Don't waste your time. If I could give a zero I would. This company would not call me back. I had to call twice to be able to talk to a person other than the receptionist. I don't believe they had any intension of call me back. After I told the gentleman what I was needing he stated that he would not come out and blatantly said that apartment buildings are not worth their time. the gentleman was very rude. This is bad business. To bad we had every intension of using a fire restoration company to do the work.

This was the third company we called. The first didn't show, the second showed and 'cleaned' the carpets, but left them dirty. When I called, Briercroft scheduled a cleaning, showed up on time, and did a GREAT JOB. Carpets look clean and smell fresh. Cleaner was professional and polite. We will use them again.

My roof was trashed in the May 10th hailstorm in Hawley. I got their roofing division to replace all the shingles, vent fixtures and chimney (yeah, it was a NASTY storm). The last two times hail had damaged my roof it took 4 and five days respectively. They were done in two! And the work was impeccable. Highly recommended!

The Abilene Team has responded twice in the last 2 months for our flooding. They are professional, kind, focused on the job at hand, we will use them anytime the need arises in the future. You can't go wrong with this Company!

Curtis Redman has been amazing in getting our house salvaged from water damage that we received. He is helpful and gets us the information we need quickly. I would definitely refer him to friends and family members.
