A huge shout out and thank you to Chris for his help in getting my gas restored. He came three times, checked pipes, contacted inspector, brought space heaters. He even came (with little notice) to meet National Grid and restart appliances. I was without heat for a week. So grateful for his knowledge, concern and efforts.

Chris was great as usual. On time, clean and efficient . I am sure he could have easily replaced many parts of our heating system but he kept it to just the necessary repairs. We have used Chris ( and before him, his father) for over 40 years and have always been very pleased

Tech arrived within the hour. system was checked and running, not determined what was causing the vibration which was the reason for the service call. unit functioned well throughout the weekend. the tech looked at all parts that were replaced several years ago and everything looked good.

Chris tackled another job for us, installing a new vanity and sink. You need a trustworthy professional to complete a scheduled service when owner is called away but you have the upmost confidence in project being completed. Chris cleaned up as he has in past projects and discarded the unnecessary debris. It’s nice to know that you can trust somebody when circumstances prevented you from being on hand.

Chris, is there anytime I have requested his help! He winterizes the house and readies it when we are coming to the house! He is reliable, professional and concerned about his clients and gives you the best service!
