One of the most despicable business practices I have ever seen. Sold me a brand new piece of equipment with issues. It was missing grease fittings and having problems jumping out of the right steering mode, after they sent a tech out they wanted to charge me for his driving. They make you fill out a credit app for any maintenance and don’t tell you how they’re gonna charge you. this is a problem with a new machine They sold me and they want to charge me for them making it right. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never buy another piece of equipment from this company and I would urge everybody else not to either.

The remarkable individuals in the service department exhibit unwavering attentiveness, promptly addressing every single inquiry I've had. I purchased a loader over 90 days ago. It was delivered with the wrong tire, and and in spite of multiple communications with my sales rep to get this fixed, it's still not done. I know I'm not a big customer but I still spent 50K with your company. It feels like nobody gives a s***. I'm happy to revise this post when the correct tire is delivered uninstalled

Always late or no show for appointments and techs always seem burdened to do their job. Example: today 5/7/2018 supposed to have someone out at 7am it is now 7:55 with no one in site and no one answering the phone.
