Contacted Briggs to do a price comparison with another company. Briggs pinpointed the issue at hand and the other company tried to charge me for unnecessary extra work. Briggs saved me about 1000 dollars. Very honest company. If I ever need plumbing work again, they are my go to.

We needed a New Water Heater Stat. Tom and Crew showed up when needed. Polite, Concise, and to the Point. Would call again if needed most Definitely.

I would not recommend this plumber. He sold me and installed a water heater that broke 18 months later. When I called him he stated there was nothing he could do and to call the manufacturer. Tom stated that this is a known problem with the manufacturer and he has been getting calls for replacement about 30% of the time. The manufacturer has a 2 year labor and 6 year parts warranty. The manufacturer could not get a plumber out to fix the problem for 6 days. 6 days during January with children is unacceptable to not have hot water. I called Tom and explained the situation. I stated that he needed to stand behind the products he sells, come fix the water heater so my family could at least have hot running water and we can talk to the manufacturer about reimbursement. Briggs replaced a 50 gallon gas water heater in my home. Service was on time and a good price ($800 less than a competitor). For no extra charge he also placed a pan with an attached drain pipe under the water heater, replaced a gas valve and Installed new copper pipe to connect the water heater to the water supply. I will be calling again whenever I need plumbing service. I’ve been over charged by Dan Wood for the last time!

Michael and Morgan did an excellent job replacing a bathroom faucet on a pedestal sink. They were efficient and paid attention to detail. Communication was easy. Price was very fair.
