I have worked with Bright Blue Pool services for many years and they are second to none in porfessionalism and pool service. Kelly has a very knowledgeable crew and have enjoyed working with all of them.

Kelly Jones was condescending unprofessional when i spoke to him. I had a second commercial pool for this owner potentially, he went over there and all he wanted to do was talk about the homeless people in the area. He thought they were bathing in pool and then said he wasn't interested in servicing the pool. Did not want to talk pool cleaning at all. Then he canceled the service at my other commercial pool that had nothing to do with our conversation and threw away 500 dollars a month because he doesn't know how to deal with customer's.

This company has been servicing my pool for about 6 months and is unprofessional for so many reasons. I'm working with property management on having the work reassigned!

This company's employee stole a washer and dryer from the vacant, for sale house next door that they service. To top it off, my house been the neighboring home, that employee made it a point to take his pool stick, remove the pool rake head, and use it to knock my security camera off my house so he wouldn't get caught stealing. Little did he know that my camera has a wide angle lens and it caught the entire act on it's recording. I've already filed a police report and there still have that person employed. So not only does this company employ thieves, but also destruction of property people. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT YOUR HOME!

I have used this company for years and suggest them to all of my real estate clients. They do a great job and always beat the pricing of other pool companies. Highly recommend!
