I called yesterday and spoke to Jamaal and right away he was able to come the next day and help me with the part of my house that didn’t have power. He is very nice and knowledgeable and knew exactly the cause of the problem I was having. Everything got fixed super fast and efficiently. Jamaal made sure everything was working properly and gave me some tips on how to save with the electricity bill because since I’m a first time homebuyer I had questions. This is a great company and great employees! If you need a knowledgeable and friendly electrician I highly recommend this company!

My experience with Bright Idea Electric was amazing! Marsh was very informative on what needed to be done. He was very quick and truly experienced on the task at hand. Needing a meter repair I called Bardi to come out for an estimate. The rep that showed up tried to sell me everything other than the requested repair. Basically a full on electrical service I didn't need. I kept asking the rep why couldn't he quote me an estimate for just a repair? He stated he couldn't find a price for a repair in his app. The service prices he did quote were astronomical! Thousands of dollars! I ended up calling Bright Idea and Jamal showed up. I told him what GA PWR said I needed, he quoted me a good price and even took off a little something extra.
