From start to finish Bright Ideas Electric was phenomenal! I received Rob's number from a local plumber and Rob got back to me right away. He came to see the job and gave me an itemized estimate. We then went over everything and I was able to choose and list the priorities to be done asap. Within a week he was able to start the job with his men. All were friendly and kind, answering any and all questions I had. They worked very neatly and cleaned up the job daily. My home had no overhead lighting except for the kitchen, dining room and foyer, Rob and his crew added over 15 recessed lights and other overhead lights in bedrooms. Made sure all of my electric sockets were functioning and up to code. Installed GFCI outlets, receptacles outside and inside. The list goes on and they will be back

I had two sets of issues one with the power to my septic tank and the other for a panel that needed to be replaced. They took care of it all and were extremely thorough. Bright Ideas is without a doubt the best electrical service company I have ever had in my home. My home was built in 1960 so I have used them in recent years to correct work done prior to when I started working with them, and to refurbish and build in lighting throughout my home. Additionally, they have provided built in heaters and heating coils for vulnerable water pipes in the winter, as well as a temperature controlled attic exhaust system and integrated fire and CO2 alarm systems throughout. The lighting inside and outside my home is remotely automated and scheduled from my phone, but the best perk of all is that I no longer have to change light bulbs constantly. Rob was recommended to me, and I am so very grateful he was! He and his team were super responsive and scheduled a service for me right away - this was crucial since I was having other work done in the bathroom (whole new paint job). They removed an overhead light from the ceiling and put a new one on the wall above the sink - it looks so nice! They also recommended to install a vent so that the new paint job I was getting wouldn't peel from the shower steam (the house is very old so didn't have any ventilation in the bathroom). I was so grateful for their recommending this; I had no idea that was an issue for the paint! That job required much more work, but they fit it into my schedule - again, super accommodating.
