Great job! Nice to have the same people do the bidding and all the work. Our small project turned into a large one (as we expected) and Brian was great about explaining options, cost and getting a lot of additional work done in a timely manner considering the busy summer season. Fair price and excellent craftsmanship. Would trust him with complex and custom carpentry. Will definitely use them again for future renovation projects.

Our house has a no solicitation sign that is quite obvious and direct. A sales person from this company just came knocking on my door trying to sell me on windows. I pointed out the sign to him and he acknowledged it but then continued on with his sales pitch. I leave bad reviews for companies that send sales people out who ignore no solicitation signs. You should discourage your employees from ignoring such signs as it can result in bad reviews such as this one.

Brian and Rachel are amazing people and will take care of your service and project needs. People like Brian would still take pride in their work and have high quality craftsmanship are becoming a dying breed. I had a weekend project that has lasted a year and a half so far to correct and Brian stepped in and fixed all issues within 48 hours. My family and I couldn’t be more pleased. Bright Side Windows & Doors comes highly recommended!!! 5 stars across the board!!!

Brian and his team were great. The kept me posted on arrival time, were on time and respectful of our space. They put down rugs both inside and on our deck and vacuumed when they were done. I've used them twice now and will use him again. Highly recommend.

Brian & his team are great! And, Rachel is wonderful at getting our work scheduled quickly. We had them install one set of windows through Home Depot & when we wanted to install the second set we requested that Brite Side windows was used. In addition to installing the windows, they also put aluminum cladding on all our exterior window sills. We trust their work to be done correctly and it was! We’d highly recommend them!
