They scheduled to install my chandelier's but the night before they canceled claiming an "emergency". We had empathy but when asking what day would work best for them to reschedule, they said "we can't". And then we never heard from them again. A total waste of time and ultimately, they lied. I am uncertain if they are not licensed, not insured, or just did not want to do the work but the whole experience was very unprofessional and unfortunate. Be carful.

Bright Solutions Electrical took my instructions and delivered above and beyond! They were professional, timely, and communicated when we needed to adjust the needs of my building. They moved my electrical box to code and now am hiring them for more services, great work! Quality service! For commercial and residential they do it all and have competitive pricing and options for payments! My only feedback is that they don’t have social media so I can tag them! Very happy with their work!

Our neighborhood loses power with every little wind storm in Houston. Bright Solutions Electrical installed a generator plug to our breaker so we could run more items in our house without cords going everywhere. This saved us with the last storm when we lost power for 7 days. Also, Arnold showed us how to use the new set up to protect us and our house. He answered all of my thousands of questions and never became annoyed. I can't wait to use Bright Solutions Electrical again for my next wiring project. 1000/10 Recommend

Arnold and Raul did an awesome job on our media room. They installed three new circuit breakers and dedicated lines from the electrical box to the new media room. They relocated and installed a new ceiling fan and cut and installed four new recessed lights. Very professional and quality workmanship at a fair price. Thank you for the outstanding work!

Arnold and Raul worked all day to replace lights throughout the house, change switches, route a new cable, and even threw in a TV mount installation for free. They spend a good amount working with us at the beginning to make sure that they understood the jobs to be done, and made sure that we were making decisions on light fixtures, etc. that were right for our needs. Very kind, professional, and high quality work. Definitely reach out to them for any electrical installation/replacement needs!
