Brighter Basements - Egress Window Installer

We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend. We got 2 windows done. The turnaround time was incredible (including them scheduling inspection). Price was very fair. We appreciated the feedback that was given regarding our existing drainage setup near the window, which did make their job somewhat difficult in digging. Lisa was very professional and knows what she is talking about. She even had the confidence to say before we asked that they could salvage our existing windows (which we wanted to keep) - they did a great job not wrecking our existing windows upon removal. The way other companies do it would not allow for old windows to be salvaged. Everyone I've talked to has had a great experience with them.

Brighter Basements just finished installing two brand new egress windows for our basement and did an absolutely amazing job. Lisa and Theo provided us with excellent direction and were incredibly thoughtful on helping us understand the scale of our basement project on top of completing the egress window work. Lisa's communication was spectacular, walking us through the steps, and getting us ready for the install day. Matt and the install team arrived and knocked out both of our windows in about 7 hours. Their team was incredibly conscious of making sure concrete dust was sealed and didn't get into the basement, and protected our grass and property as they completed the work. I would definitely recommend them to anybody else looking for egress Windows.
