Do not recommend. Check your receipts, get an itemized paper and bill. They overcharged upped the price of carpet by $5 when we picked out carpet for $23. Then tried to negotiate on the carpet price. Absolutely not. We picked the carpet within our price range. Not up for negotiation. Also tried charging for “waste” that could do a 12x15 room. Charged us for 20 more square yards. We had to call and argue to get the price it was supposed to be which ended up being almost $2000 less than what they were originally charging us. Very shady. Have other people we know now realize the same has happened to them. Should’ve listened to people that told us not to go there because they are shady with money. Brighter Homes in Redwood Falls, did a wonderful job from ordering (Tom) to installing( Magers Construction). Couldn't have asked for an easier way to do all our main level floors. The whole staff was very helpful and the installers were wonderful, excellent job by all! I will continue to use them for any project in the future and I recommend them for all your flooring needs!
