Brighter Lani Concepts installed lighting at my residence approximately two years ago. Within the first year, multiple light outages began occurring. A technician, Angel, visited the property and repaired the lower-level lights, noting that a return visit would be required to address the outages on the upper frame of the home. Despite this assurance, he never returned. We made numerous attempts to contact the company. Initially, when I was able to reach customer service, I was informed that there was an inventory shortage and that specialized equipment was needed due to the height of the home. I had landscape lights, lanai lights, and holiday lights installed on my house and property 6 months ago and love how beautiful it all looks. Angel and his team are great. They are professional, fast, clean, and reasonably priced. If you have a problem or concern and have to call the office, they respond quickly. In the last 6 months I have been leaving messages. Angel fixed some of my lights in November and stated the rest of the lights were too high to reach and would need a lift.
