We cannot say enough good things about BrightHaven Restoration. If possible I would give a 10 stars rating. Within 60 minutes after I called BridghtHaven Restoration, David, the owner, and his team were at our door. They were ready to clean up the water and sewage and mitigate any further property damage. David calmly walked in, assessed what needed to be done, gave us a few options, and provided a reasonable estimate at no cost. At first, we were frightened and overwhelmed, but David's calm professionalism made all the difference. He took time to explain everything clearly, walked us through the remediation process, and gave us the confidence to move forward. We honestly were so fortunate to locate this company and could not give BrightHaven Restoration a high enough recommendation. C

Bright Haven saved the day during our recent water emergency in the middle of the night. They were extremely professional, responsive, and quick to arrive. The team handled water removal, mold mitigation, and all cleanup and repairs efficiently and thoroughly. Great communication throughout and very reassuring in a stressful situation. I highly recommend Bright Haven Restoration. David and Jorge responded immediately to my emergency call, came to my house within an hour and within just a few days completely remediated my water issues related to a burst pipe. Throughout the remediation I was updated on all the work being done and notified of any issues they came across. I was notified of the estimated cost after the initial assessment and they kept to that estimate. These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and a great team to work with, they exceeded expectations. I would definitely call Bright Haven Restoration again if needed and recommend to anyone who needs their services.

We called these guys already frustrated with the situation. I called and they arrived to our house shortly after. They gave us a quote and went right to work. We were shocked at how amazing it looked. They removed all things that were damaged and cleaned what could be saved. We joked we should have flooded it sooner.
